If you feel the necessity to activate the alarms, make sure the batteries are in (they should be on top of the door frames) and the switches are in “on” position.

The circuit breaker box is located outside on the East wall of the building near the air conditioning unit.
The GFI’s for the kitchen outlets are integrated into the outlets. The power outlets on the kitchen island are connected to the GFI on the kitchen countertop backsplash.
The cable modem, online access point and Z-Wave controller box are locked in the technical room. The management company has the key to this room. It can’t be accessed by guests. In case of technical problems, please call Island Real Estate.
Guests can store their own beach accessories (or the ones they rent from local rental companies like http://beachbumsami.com) in the sideyard on the left side of the house.
However, please don’t buy, rent or use metal chairs on the pool area since the rust spots those are leaving can’t be removed, ruining the beautiful area.
Also, please don’t use the brown box on the patio for beach toys. That box is for lounge chair cushions and hammock storage.
